Healthy Easy Breakfast Event with Genesis Today
July 22nd, 2011We teamed up with our friends at Genesis Today to host a free healthy breakfast to benefit HAAM, an Austin nonprofit that provides low-cost health insurance to local musicians. With over 100 people attending the event on July 9, pancakes with fruit toppings and nutrient-rich fruit juice were served to promote nutrition and eating healthy. Local artists Ruby Dee and The Snakehandlers, Kanude and Sweetmeat took the stage and played music as attendees sat and enjoyed their breakfast.
