Letter From A Batter Blaster Mom

Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

Here at Batter Blaster we recieve hundreds of e-mails, letters, and inquiries about our product on a daily basis. We try to reply to as many as possible, as we truly do care about our customers. Last month, we recieved a touching e-mail from one of our customers in Tampa, FL, that we would like to share.

I have never written to a company in regards to their product before, but I could not go without contacting you.

I am a 33 year old mother of 2 year old twin boys, Devin and Chase. I also have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that impacts my daily life.  Like other people with a chronic illness, I have good days and bad days.  There are days that I feel like whipping up pancakes or waffles from scratch and then there are days that my twins want pancakes, their favorite, and I’m thinking it’s a cereal kind of day. (Unhappy 2 year olds are not fun on good days or bad days.)

I was introduced to your product when it was on sale at my local grocery store and even though I was skeptical at first, I brought it home. My boys LOVED it!  Even on my bad days I can make them pancakes and not have to tell them, “Mommy doesn’t feel well today” or resort to the frozen waffles they are not too fond of.  It’s easy to make as many or little pancakes as they want with no fuss and little clean up.  I tell all of my friends about your product.  They may laugh at first, but after they try it they are hooked too.

I would like your entire company to know that they really are affecting people’s lives and not “just making pancakes.”

Thank you all for producing a quality product that allows me to make my boys their favorite meal even when I don’t feel like cooking.  It means so much to me to know that when it comes to breakfast I don’t have to say, “Mommy doesn’t feel well,” anymore.

Sincerely,

Manda

It’s feedback like this that makes the job worth doing. On behalf of the entire Batter Blaster team, we would like to thank Manda for using and believing in our product. We wish her all the best.
